Can we, together, save America from the path of self destruction?

Totalitarian central government is not the answer...how many real communist country is still around on this planet? Communism will disappear in 5 yrs as well as Free Market Globalization cos both of them are based on the false assumptions: human is not greedy and not selfish...

A balance between corporate interest vs. workers interest is the only way to have a harmony society. FDR already gave us the blueprint...we don't have to reinventing the wheels!  The answer is to breakup all the multi-national corporations which has only a singular mission: Maximize Corporate Profit.

Nationalize all the (second) coming failure mega-banks, break them up according to different lines of business, insurance, retail banking, commercial lending, and investment banking, to avoid conflict of interests...

Reinstate Glass–Steagall Act of 1933; buy local; rebuild the local manufacturing sectors is the only way out.

Set up a private-public partnership for a "Rebuild America Infrastructure Fund": the Fed should print another trillion dollars and ask the patriot american corporations to repatriate the trillion dollars sitting oversea to help rebuild America. The trillion repatriated dollars should be lock up for at least 10 yrs at zero interest rate. In return, the patriot American corporations will not be taxed on the repatriated trillion dollars.  The government can't and shouldn't manage the 2 trillion dollars Infrastructure Fund cos it always manage to screw up! We should ask Warren Buffet and Bill Gates to co-manage the Fund. I am pretty sure they will be more than happy to save our country...

Story of the French Revolution

"Government is those things we decide to do together." What can we do together without tax revenue?

"There is nobody in this country who got rich on his own. Nobody! You built a factory out there — good for you!  But I want to be clear. You moved your goods to market on the roads the rest of us paid for. You hired workers the rest of us paid to educate. You were safe in your factory because of police forces and fire forces that the rest of us paid for. You didn’t have to worry that marauding bands would come and seize everything at your factory, and hire someone to protect against this, because of the work the rest of us did. Now look, you built a factory and it turned into something terrific, or a great idea — God bless! Keep a big hunk of it.  But part of the underlying social contract is you take a hunk of that and pay forward for the next kid who comes along."
Elizabeth Warren.
